2. What we collect and why

Order data

Name, billing email, invoice details, purchase history. Legal basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retained 10 years for tax reporting.

Account & downloads

Login email, hashed password, download link activations. Legal basis: contract. Retained while the account exists + 12 months.

Support correspondence

Emails you send to support@ and refunds@. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing support (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retained 24 months.

Website analytics

Aggregated, cookie-less page metrics (Plausible). No IP is stored in identifiable form. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Marketing emails

Only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from every message. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Sub-processors

We share the minimum necessary data with vetted sub-processors bound by data-processing agreements: Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing, Ireland), Postmark (transactional email, EU region), Plausible Analytics (cookie-less analytics, EU), and our EU-hosted cloud infrastructure provider. No data is transferred outside the EEA without an approved transfer mechanism.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests to[email protected]are answered within 30 days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your consent choices. We do not use advertising cookies. A cookie banner is shown on your first visit so you can review and change your choices.

6. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Payment card data never touches our servers — it is handled directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We keep encrypted, geo-redundant backups.

7. Changes

Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. See also Terms and Refund Policy.
